I give gentle guidance when needed but rather than directing moments, I observe them and am drawn to honest connection, movement, and atmosphere. What does that mean?
No doubt you will have seen many buzz words to describe wedding photography styles. Documentary, editorial, lifestyle, alternative, fine art etc. Whilst its true that each photographer will lean into a certain style, what is absolutely paramount for me, is allowing clients to lead the way in how I achieve my style. If you want a totally hands off approach for a really fly-on-the-wall documentary style of photography, I’ll happily let you lead the way. If you want “Vogue’ chic wedding photos, I’m here for it. Most people like to combine the two. And this is my niche.
