E & O travelled from the US to celebrate their wedding at Avington Park in the Hampshire countryside, choosing a timeless setting for an elegant July wedding. With a riverside outdoor ceremony, classic black tie style, and beautiful details, the day felt effortlessly refined while remaining relaxed and full of joy.

One of my favourite moments was their first look. As a British wedding photographer, they’re still relatively uncommon, so it’s always a privilege to capture those quiet few minutes before the celebrations begin.

After exchanging vows by the river, guests enjoyed champagne and oysters on the lawns outside the orangery before moving into a beautifully styled reception planned by Ella Hartig. Soft draping, candlelight, and elegant florals complemented the venue perfectly, creating a space that felt classic yet youthful.

As an Avington Park wedding photographer, I always enjoy photographing here. From the riverside ceremony location to the glasshouse, gardens, and historic architecture, every corner offers beautiful backdrops while allowing the day to unfold naturally.

Day two of the wedding celebrations was a beautifully relaxed outdoor English brunch, blending timeless elegance with a chic countryside charm. Guests enjoyed a leisurely morning surrounded by fresh florals, crisp linens, and classic English-inspired touches. It was the perfect way to continue the celebrations and create lasting memories together.
