There’s something special about the New Forest in Hampshire in autumn. The warm golden light, the crunch of leaves underfoot, the air just smells different. The New Forest has a knack for creating a relaxed backdrop where families can just be themselves, no stiff poses, no forced smiles, just moments that feel genuine.
Once again, this Autumn, I am offering mini sessions to Hampshire families, new clients as well as existing friends welcome!
Mini sessions are designed to be efficient and focused:
Shorter session length (perfect for young children)
Pre-selected, stunning location
Simple booking process
A curated gallery of beautifully edited images
They’re ideal for families who want updated portraits without committing to a full-length session.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Soft neutrals, light denim, creams, pale blues, and gentle pastels photograph beautifully against the purple-blue tones of the flowers. Avoid bold patterns or neon colors. Simple outfits allow the setting (and your family) to stand out.
Once you’re booked, I’ll send over a styling guide to make planning easy.
A RELAXED, GUIDED EXPERIENCE.
You don’t need to worry about posing. I’ll guide you through natural prompts so your images feel comfortable and genuine. The goal is relaxed, connected photos, not stiff smiles.
Mini sessions move quickly, which keeps kids engaged and makes the experience enjoyable for everyone.
DETAILS
Dates: Sunday 18th October 2026.
Backup date in case of very wet weather: Saturday 24th October 2026.
(you must be free both days in case Sunday 18th October is rained off).
Location: The New Forest.
Session duration: 20 minutes.
Price: £50. This includes the session + one image to download.
Upgrades: + £125 for 4 more images OR + £150 for all images.
Sessions will be released on Sunday 13th September 2026.

If I am unable to attend the sessions (for example, due to illness), I will try to source another photographer to take my place. I will then continue to edit your gallery. If this is not the case, I will refund your fee.
If you are unable to make your session, your fee will not be refunded. You can, however, transfer your slot to a family member or friend.
In case of very bad weather, you must also be available on Saturday 24th October 2026.
The sessions are for one family at a time. If you wish for cousins to be photographed together, there is a limit of 4 cousins and an extra £50 to pay.
If you’re late, your session may be cancelled so that subsequent sessions are not disrupted.
The sessions will take place in The New Forest. A what3words location will be sent ahead of the session.
